Sally-Ann says “I wanted a store I’d feel comfortable shopping in, and obtaining as many of my health needs in one location as possible”.

Established by Bill & Sally-Ann Creed in March 2007, Creeds is a logical progression from Sally-Ann’s practice as a Clinical Nutritionist and Author. Her book “Let Food Be Your Medicine” – in its 3rd large printing – has been a best-seller for several years, and documents her own journey from decades of life-threatening illness to vibrant health. Her passion for helping others now allows her to help you when she is in the store, as well as train her staff to help you in a responsible and effective manner.

 In it she shares her story of chronic illness  and  her subsequent miraculous recovery  and how the  reader can achieve the same  results by simply  looking at the way they  eat, and using some  supplements in certain  instances.
